Where your customers stand, at a glance.
- New · one order, in the last 30 days.
- Waiting for a second order · one order, 30–180 days ago.
- Loyal · more than one order, the last within 90 days.
- About to leave · more than one order, the last 90–180 days ago.
- Dormant · last order more than 180 days ago.
Each group comes with what you can do: a second-order invitation for those waiting, “we miss you” for those drifting, a strong offer for the dormant. Groups update on their own every day.
How it works
Connect, see, approve, prove.
Connect your store
Orders and members are read from your store; no code goes on your site. Today with ideasoft stores; the first pass reads the last 365 days.See your groups
Every customer falls into one of five groups; counts and shares update every day.Approve a flow
Who, what and when come ready: group, discount and validity. Check the preview and approve; at most one email a week per person.See the effect
Compared against a control group; the result appears in Results and in the monthly report email once there's enough data.
You stay in control
The work runs itself, and not one message goes to the wrong person.
- Only to members who opted in; consent is re-read from your store right before every send.
- Every email goes out once; the coupon is created and checked in your store first, then the email goes.
- If something goes wrong, the flow pauses itself and tells you what to do.
- Anyone can unsubscribe in one click; your store's name is at the bottom of every email.
- No names, phone numbers or addresses are kept; only an opted-in member's email, encrypted.
- No guaranteed results: it measures the effect and tells you honestly.
- Never sends to people without consent or at quiet hours.

Questions about Roigo Touch
What is Roigo Touch?
Roigo Touch is Roigo's app for bringing customers back: it sends birthday, second-order and win-back emails to each customer with their own coupon, created in your store, at the right moment. Only members who opted in are emailed; the effect is measured against a control group and reported every month. You connect your store and approve one of the ready flows, that's all.
Which stores does Roigo Touch work with?
Today, with ideasoft stores. Orders and members are read through the store's own connection; you don't add any code to your site. The first sync reads the last 365 days of orders, then it refreshes every hour.
Where is my customers' personal data kept?
Names, phone numbers and addresses are never read. Customers are kept under a one-way key; only the email of members with marketing consent is stored, encrypted, and it's deleted when consent is withdrawn. There's no list of people in the app, only counts. The store owner is the controller of this data; we're the processor.
Do members without marketing consent get emails?
No. Consent is re-read from your store right before every send; members who withdrew it aren't emailed. Anyone who unsubscribes, bounces or complains is never emailed by your store again.
How are coupons created?
For every email, a single-use, time-limited coupon just for that member is created in your store and read back to verify it; only then does the email go out. If the coupon can't be created, no email is sent.
Who are the emails sent from?
They're sent in your store's name, and replies go to your store's reply address. Every email ends with your store's legal name and a one-click unsubscribe link.
How do you measure what it brings in?
One in ten people doesn't get the email (the control group). Order rate and net revenue per customer are compared between those who got it and those who didn't; the difference is shown as “Estimated contribution” once there's enough data. Results aren't guaranteed.
Which plan includes Roigo Touch?
It comes with the Business plan; it isn't sold separately.
