You enter the Seller ID, API Key and Secret from your Trendyol seller panel. The connection only reads: any request not on the allow-list is refused before it leaves our servers.2. Roigo reads

Every finding names a task, most urgent first. You do the work in the Trendyol seller panel; after the next sync you see the result on the same screen.

On the trial you see
- All of your account's numbers and findings, with product and package names.
- Syncing runs throughout the trial; the screen is up to date every day.
- A sample account: if you'd like to look before giving a key, it opens in the dashboard once you sign up.
On the trial you can't
- Actions (such as exporting findings): a locked button tells you it comes with a subscription.
- The trial runs once per brand and seller account.
- When the trial ends, syncing stops and your data stays; if you don't subscribe, your API key is deleted after 14 days.
Pricing
A separate plan. Your choice.
- If you only sell on Trendyol: just the Trendyol subscription. You don't need a plan.
- If you also have a web store: Trendyol next to whichever plan suits you. Changing your plan doesn't change your Trendyol subscription.

Security and privacy
Read-only. Enforced in code.
- Every request to Trendyol passes an allow-list; anything not on it, and every write request, is refused before it leaves our servers.
- Buyers' names, addresses, phone numbers, emails and ID numbers are dropped as they're read, never stored.
- The API key is stored encrypted and never shown on screen or in logs; removing the connection deletes it.
- No promise of sales or ranking; it tells you what it sees and how it counts.
- Trendyol's score, rival sellers' identities and ad data aren't in what Trendyol provides; it doesn't guess about them.
- Roigo isn't an official Trendyol partner; the Trendyol name only says which marketplace the service is for.
FAQ
Can Roigo change anything in my Trendyol account?
No. Since Trendyol's API key has no read-only option, we enforce the limit in code: every request to Trendyol passes an allow-list, and anything not on it, including every write request, is refused before it leaves our servers. Prices, stock, listings and orders aren't changed.
Is my customers' personal data stored?
No. Trendyol sends buyers' names, addresses and phone numbers along with orders; these are dropped as they're read. Only amounts, quantities, statuses, dates and product details are kept. Question and return note text isn't stored either.
Do I need a plan?
No. Trendyol is a separate subscription: if you only sell on Trendyol, buy it on its own; if you also have a web store, add it next to whichever Roigo plan suits you. Changing your plan doesn't change your Trendyol subscription.
How much does it cost?
990 TRY per store per month + VAT; billed yearly, 12 months for the price of 10 (9,900 TRY per store per year + VAT); each extra Trendyol store is the same price. During early access, accounts are opening in turn.
What do I see on the free trial, and what can't I do?
There's no trial right now: once you sign up you see the sample account in the dashboard and can ask to try it on your own data from there.
Can I look without giving an API key?
Yes. Once you sign up free, a sample Trendyol account opens in the dashboard: the same screen and calculations as the real one, with sample numbers. You enter a key only when you want to see your own data, in the dashboard.
Are you officially connected with Trendyol?
No. Roigo is an independent service; it works with the integration access Trendyol offers sellers, using the API details you enter.
